• Our chapter had its beginnings in 1952, and has grown and realigned and grown ever since.
• Our geographic boundaries essentially include the northern half of the state of Texas, extending just south of Waco.
• Membership is open to any dues paying Fellow or Associate Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Annual Membership Dues are $75. Candidates and Retired members do not pay dues. Approved surgical residents may attend meetings without paying a registration fee or dues.
• Our chapter has one scientific session per year, usually in January or February, and is traditionally held in Dallas.
